The new Wisconsin Crop Innovation Center (part of University of Wisconsin-Madison) fire alarm, access control, and security retrofit project

Summer 2023

Ultra-low temperature and power monitoring are provided through a cellular dialer. Installed at Atterx at University Research Park (URP)

2021 – Present

Element Lab Building

Windfall selected to provide Owner’s Representative Services for Electronic Safety and Security Systems at the Element Lab Building (ELB) located on the University Research Park (URP) Campus.

Project also included Point to Point Ubiquiti AirFiber, Network Equipment Installation, Wi-Fi, and IP Phones.

2022 – Present

Dunrite Insulation

Ubiquiti Equipment: Cameras, WIFI, Door intercom, Network infrastructure, Servers, and Routers

Other: Access Control, In Building cellular repeater, Security, UPS Units, and Structured Cabling

2020- Present

Windfall contracted to convert legacy access control system to the URP Campus Enterprise system. Windfall continues to support Aldevron through moves adds and changes and provides system management.

Spring 2022

Madison Candelabra Tower Fire Alarm Retrofit Project. Collaborative Project with Faith Technologies and Midwest Alarm.
