Element Lab Building
Windfall selected to provide Owner’s Representative Services for Electronic Safety and Security Systems at the Element Lab Building (ELB) located on the University Research Park (URP) Campus.
Project also included Point to Point Ubiquiti AirFiber, Network Equipment Installation, Wi-Fi, and IP Phones.

Windfall contracted to convert legacy access control system to the URP Campus Enterprise system. Windfall continues to support Aldevron through moves adds and changes and provides system management.
